EMV Supported

In October 2015, all retailers and restaurants are recommended to implement EMV ready devices. Banks have already begun switching over customer credit cards to include EMV technology, which stands for Europay, Mastercard, and Visa. What that means to you: You will need a new processing device that can read the EMV technology on customers' credit cards. If you choose to not use EMV devices, you may be liable for any fraud performed at your restaurant. MicroSale / Microsoft RMS and Tabby are changeover and will make the switch easy.
